Amy Fish has given close to 60 speeches over the past two years including as keynote speaker at conferences and holding full day workshops as a distinguished scholar at McGill University.
Amy Fish is a Canadian who writes about complaining. She is the author of the nonfiction book “The Art of Complaining Effectively.” Her work has been published in Reader’s Digest and the Globe and Mail (Canada’s national newspaper) and she has won writing prizes from Writer’s Digest and the Quebec Writer’s Federation.
Amy has been interviewed on national and local television and radio as a complaints expert, and as a writer. She writes a column called Complaint Kitchen for hermagazine.ca and blogs regularly, here.
